Trusted Villas is a platform that allows villa owners to list their properties and allows guests to discover and book villas. We provide a platform for listing and booking but do not process payments between guests and villa owners.

2. Payment Disclaimer

All payments for villa bookings are made directly between the guest and the villa owner. Trusted Villas does not handle, receive, or manage any booking payments. We are not responsible for payment disputes or issues related to payments.

Trusted Villas charges villa owners a fee only to keep their listings active on our platform. This fee is separate from guest payments and is the only revenue collected by Trusted Villas from villa owners.

3. User Responsibilities

• Villa owners must provide accurate and truthful property information.
• Guests must provide correct personal and booking information.
• Users must follow all local laws and regulations when using the platform.
• Users should not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

4. Booking Terms

All bookings are agreements directly between the guest and the villa owner. Trusted Villas is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and branding on Trusted Villas are owned by us or our licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

6. Liability Limitations

Trusted Villas is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from villa listings, bookings, or payments between guests and villa owners. Use of our platform is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or user account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity. Villa owners who fail to pay platform fees may have their listings deactivated.

8. Changes to Terms

Trusted Villas may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Trusted Villas operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
